Telehealth Art Therapy & Supervision

I'm an artist and therapist who uses the creative process to support my clients to better understand and express themselves, cope with life's challenges, and discover their potential. My twelve years of experience includes work with people experiencing stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, relationship challenges, or trauma, and those who want to make positive changes in their life such as going back to school, changing careers, starting a family, moving to a new city, or coming to terms with a loss. You might be feeling lost, overwhelmed, run down, or not like yourself and looking for someone to help you navigate the situation.

There's no one size fits all when it comes to therapy as everyone has different needs, strengths, and struggles. I tailor my approach to the individual I am working with. Typically, this includes a combination of art making, creative writing, talk therapy, and skill building techniques from a trauma-informed and person-centered perspective.

Making changes in life can be daunting. In my work with clients I strive to create a safe environment where the changes that are important to you can take root and grow.
